Melanie Oudin wins opening match at 2010 U. S. Open

Melanie won her opening match fairly easily. But I was more impressed by her after match interview in the broadcast booth. She has really matured since her great run at last year's open. She showed more poise and confidence in the interview but I was most impressed by how her voice has changed. Last year it was almost as if she had a slight speech problem(something I am familiar with since I had one as a child), but this year there was no trace of it. I really hope she has another great run at this years open. She is definitely a player to watch.
