what is your favorite way to cook chicken..don't just say baked!!

My most favorite way to eat chicken is baked.
First I coat the whole chicken with butter so the
skin will crisp..Then I add some paprika, salt,
other seasons.
Get out my baking pan and set oven to 375..
Bake about 45 minute to hour .. some times little longer
or shorter..My oven is tempermental.
I add sliced potatoes with some broccolie spears.
Then sit down and enjoy it!

I cook chicken in the crock pot with canned soup, corn and potatoes. My favorite seasoning is garlic. I'm hungry no just thinking about this dinner.

Garlic is good in almost everything..and very good for your blood.
I usually keep a jar of minced garlic in my fridge. joy

I love it sliced down the middle with sundried tomatoes inside, rainbow pepper and a little bit of lime juice.

Yes simple is best.. but surely ..you must have a method.
Do you eat it raw? you said just put salt and pepper
Which way do you cook it? what do you serve it with?
I love to broil mines with some bell peppers and green stem onions. I love the aroma that comes from the steam of the chicken that is cooking.

Sounds pretty yummy..I must admit I have never tried broiling chicken
or combining it with long stem onion.
