veg or nonveg... which is the best?

nowadays am using nonveg almost all the time....... now Ramazan month is going on .... so there only nonveg is present ..... but i like to eat more vegetable than the non vegetable items... but now it is not possible to find..... Most of the people thinking that only vegetable food is good.. non vegetable is not good for our health.... but i think both vegetable and non vegetable food are good for our health... the thing is that we have to use all in a limit.... then there will not be any problem with our health ..... but when we are eating non vegetable items, it is difficult to control , because of the taste of the food.. that is the problem when we are eating the non vegetable food .... What you think ?? which is the best?? vegetable or non vegetable....or both......??????

as far as i think, veg is the best option. Why i say is this is because, eventhough there are some who claim chincken has got this, mutton has got that, its primarily fat and protein and almost totally devoid of vitamins and minerals, fish being an slight exception.Moreover, it has been scientifically proved that veg, more better vegans, are more healthier and less prone to diseases than non veg. Third,eventhough many people dont agree to this, i feel we shouldnt kill a living organism for us to be happy. And be happy is the word i use, since there is veggies than we all wil ever need. So i feel just for the sake of sense of taste, we musnt kill an animal. So i feel veg, rather vegan is the best option!!!

I will not compare between non veg and veg food items because both of them are necessary for human body. But anything over eating, i think will affect our body. Non veg items like meat, fish is always full of protein and iron. This is essential elements for our body which is not present that much in veg food items. Whereas veg items are full of vitamin, carbohydrate, protein, iron. But the important thing is that the way non veg items are prepared in my country, it will be just full of oil. So I used to eat non-veg items not that much. Whereas I try to keep me fit by eating lot of vegetables.

i prefer to eat both,non-vegetables and vegetables.I think we need have the what we call balanced diet.this will help us to stay in fit and most of all to become healthy.
