Hi Sadie. No matter what college you go to, applying for fafsa would help you pay the tuition fee. The fafsa form is at fafsa.gov.org. It might seem long and complicated (the first time I filled it out, it stressed me out too) but it's really easy. After your parents file their taxes, you take those forms and fill in the information. Good luck.
