Soya Milk Recipe. Enjoy drinking soya and be healthy! (unsweetened)

Here in our house, we don't buy soy milk from the market. I'll share this for those people who like soy milk very much. INGREDIENTS: 2 cups fresh soybeans water PROCEDURE: *Soak soybeans in warm water for at least 6 hours. *Remove soybean skin and rinse thoroughly. *Grind soybeans or blend it on high speed. *Extract soybean milk by squeezing through a cheese cloth. *Add water to soybean milk to make 8 cups. *Cook soymilk in a kettle over medium flame. Bring to boil, stirring occasionally. *Lower fire and keep kettle uncovered. *Simmer at least one hour. *Add sugar and salt. Let cool. *Serve hot or cold. (you can add sugar before you cook the soy milk) (Good for six persons) Happy drinking!

there are lot of ways to make soy milk. the one i posted is the method we always use at home.

I am a Chinese. Soybean milk is quite common in my country. Usually we will regard it as a drink for breakfast. Here there is a soybean milk machine and it makes everything easier. It allows us to make soybean milk at home. First, we just need to soak the soybean over night and we don't remove the skin. After that, put the soybean into the soybean milk machine and then add water and sugar. Then press the button and the soybean milk will be ready after about 20 minutes. It is just so easy. Because the soybean milk machine has done everything by itself, including blending and boiling. I love China
