People love to eat watermelon because of it's cold juicy taste. It was great to eat especially in hot season. Many people are being attractive by it's big shape. Watermelon can set as a side dish or it would be set as an art like making a different shape into it.
Did you know that watermelon have a lot of benefits? Their are a lot of benefits that watermelon have. It says that It has a excellent source of Vitamin C and Vitamin A which is boost for immune system that helps fight infection and also prevent from blindness. Lycopene found in such red color fruit which reduces the risk of cancer and heart disease. Lastly the Vitamin B6 which is promotes chemical in the brain that help to cope anxiety and panic.
So here it was the benefits of watermelon. As you can see eating watermelon it's like a multivitamins tablet that we are taking everyday and watermelon have a very much advantage than the tablet. Enjoy eating your juicy watermelon everyday! Have a great day.:)

Watermelon are rich in Vitamin A, Potassium, Beta-Carotene and Lycopene. It is 92% water that is why it so refreshing.

Thank you for the information about the watermelon because it's one of my favorite fruits of all time. It's just quite heavy but the juice is heavenly to taste as well.
It can effectively quench your thirst during summer season when the heat of the sun is hard to bear. I love watermelon.

Actually, I did not know that. I always assumed it mostly consisted of water for some reason, maybe because of the name, haha! Good to know though, I love watermelon!
