i use it although number one i wouldn't even thought of follow the rules in the back and number two i'll probably use it to draw my anime sketeches. also even if i do follow the rule after killing one person i would freak out and never use it again!

NO. i am not going to use it.. nor am I going to allow anyone of my friends too to use such magic books, for the destruction of someone else, even if they have enemies. i REMEMBER a GREAT CHINESE STORY.. which tells everyone to keep looking down the stream, ... if one is angry on anyone. It promises that, IF you keep looking patiently, one day, the enemy's corpse will be floating down the stream.. indicating that... one should practice being PATIENT. thanks.

Honestly speaking.. at first our mind will resist to use it but look what happen to Light.. he tried to use it in good purpose then later on.. he was challenge on how an ordinary people like "l" would find out how did he killed... if you were in the situation, i doubt if you can resist the temptation on using it... it's a natural character of people of wanting power.. see my point? we can't tell unless you have it... To tell you the truth, i had one.. but of course it has no such power like in movie or anime.. but then every time i'm mad on certain people (which is not really close to me) i wrote down their name and it was relieving sometimes... you can say that i'm so bad or harsh but then, that's the truth... you can hold your emotion for such a very long time... ^^

No, I wouldn't. Even if someone will tell me that I can use it to kill those bad people in the world, well that is still considered as killing and that is not good. Bad people can change, so it's better to give them a chance. If they have sinned, then they can pay it in the jail, but not killing them.
