$130 million in foreign aid to Africa

Often foreign aid gets a bum rap but I would hope that everyone would agree that this is a good use of foreign aid. President Obama announced that over 5 year 30 medical schools and teaching hospitals in a dozen countries will receive $130 million to improve the medical care in those counties.

I think it's great. That country has been so war torn for as long as I can remember. Maybe it will help them over come so of the horrible things that has happened there.

That 's one of the reason why U.S is in such a deep debt right now, the leader in U.S government continue to spend needlessly the tax payers dollar in these country regardless of the reality on the ground in Africa and middle east, hoping by spend generously and foolishly will buy them influence and access in Africa continent and among its leaders.
