I wonder if we had to make a choice, what you like to have for barbecue. You are given the choice of Lamb, beef, Pork, Fish and Chicken. You have to marinatedit yourself and barbecue it your sleves. No help whatsoever. For me, I would preferred lamb. Why? Among all of the list, I found out Lamb is the easiest and tastier. Lamb also didn't need much marinate to have a good taste. So how about you? And why?

I would say pork. It comes out the best on the grill smeared in bbq sauce cooked to perfection! I've only tried lamb once and I didn't care for the taste. Chicken comes out too dry. I've never done fish on a grill, my family won't eat fish unless it comes out of a box w/ breading

Yeah, pork is a great meat to barbecue. And the best part, for me at least, is the belly part or known as the three layer meat. The meat from this part is very tender and there are some fats that vaied the texture of the meat which make it very good. I also like to barbecue the head of the pork. Do it properly, then it is a very tasty dish.

I myself would go with beef and steaks and chops etc. I myself have a BBQ roughly once a week on Sundays as thats our day to relax here after a busy week at work. Although now that I think about it a good BBQ chicken is always great tasting. Would you put your lamb on a spit?
