Last night I went to best shopping with my mom, because she wants to buy a digital camera for my cousin as her birthday gift. We ask the in - store staff to help us out on this Canon brand camera, and we also pick out the SD card. The staff won't just let us go yet. He still pitching on other products that related to digital camera, such as those wireless transfer card, which cost over $100; and the warranty plan such and such. I rejected all that offers. Then he told me to walk up to the register, and he will bring up the digital camera there. After a long line, I didn't see him come up, and the cash register ready to help me out. I told her that guy suppose to bring out the digital camera I just pick out, but I haven't seen him. Later, I have to walk back up to the camera section, and look for him. He was talking with somebody, and I ask him where the camera. He told me he is sorry, he couldn't see me or something. What the h'ck. I told him that if I can hold the camera and go up to the register line again to pay for it. He said it is fine.
I mean, if he could let me hold the camera, it would save a lot of those hassle.

Just one time deal, and I DON'T want to bother supervisor or to make a scene there. I just wonder how they train their employees, and they should know better. If the customer not satisfied with their services, the customer might not return the seconf time. Less customer coming back, they might have less job available.
