Would you bring yourself to donate an organ to a relative/friend who needs it?

I would only give an organ to my mother or father. If it was anyone else, I would not do it. My father and mother have raised me, and they have put a lot of time, love, money, and effort into my upbringing, so they are the only ones who would deserve it in my life.

If i could help a friend or relative by donating a needed organ, i would do it. Helping to preserve someone's life would be worth the effort and sacrifice.

I would only do this for a family member, this might sound harsh to a friend but I wouldn't expect them to do the same for me. It's really something that family should do if they can help it and I wouldn't donate any part of myself unless it was for a family member because I have a strong feeling about this after seeing organs illegally taken from one of my relatives. There's certain ways I would be happy to help but organs isn't one of them and neither is money. This is just me though and I don't mean to sound harsh.

As i sit here and answer this question i think of all my friends, none of which need a organ, so I can say right now it feels like i would.... However when push comes to shove, I'm not sure. does that make me a bad person? I think about it this way sometimes, ever see SAW? when those movies open and they have a person sitting in one of those contraptions and a way to live and of course a way to die. could you get the key for the bear trap around your neck as it rest behind your eye socket? you wanna THINK you could, but again, ask i reach for the back of my neck, just to make sure....no bear trap. So, Hell yeah, I could do it....yikes!
