I want to gain more weight, but it seems difficult!

How could I ever be a little heavier? MY weight is always stuck at 105 lbs at 5'4" tall.I have always been thin even if I gave birth twice to my adorable kids. I have post pregnancy bulgies however but I always get back fast to my original shape especially when I breastfed them for a couple of months. I love to eat a lot and take my daily dose of vitamins but these do not serve me well. It has always been hard to gain some more weight, I'd like to think because it is in my genes, or probably my metabolism is a factor. How can I ever have a taste of being pounds heavier???

Hm well if you really want to gain weight i hear that drinking smoothies will help boost your weight. i guess you should gain weight healthy..hm i would ask your doctor which is the best way to help you gain weight i dont want to recommend you anything that is unhealthy and will make you sick. The only thing i know is that drinking lots of smoothies will definetly make you gain weight since one bottle can be up to 200-300 calories.

heh heh i really dont want to gain any weight. i like the way my clothes fit for the most part. i know it works for most because my doctor told my sister it would help her gain healthy weight for her to drink fruit smoothies. it worked for her she gained five more pounds due the fact she drank smoothies with like every meal. it should work for you just drink it with your meals.it should slowly make you gain weight if not increase your food intake if you are not seeing results after a while.

My husband also have a problem about gaining wait. He eat a lot and he also drink a lot of milk but his weight never change. He is 5'10 and he weight 120lbs. I think its because of his metabolism. He eat a lot of food and after 2 to 3 hours he get hungry again. I wish my metabolism was like his metabolism so its okay for me to eat a lot and never gain weight..

Eat and exercise, that can help. Vitamin supplements are also good options.
