I had ordered a book, from ebay.com. I am from India, so I paid the shipping charges as well. But its 2 months now and I haven't received the book yet.
What should I do?

Since it's 2 months already (more than 45 days) it's too late to open a case on ebay. But it won't hurt if you try.
File a case now!

You should instantly report to ebay, and if possible, you should stop your payment to that particular seller. He might be a scamster, a thief. You should file a complaint to ebay, if they can do something on your behalf. That is the best you can do now. I am so sorry to hear that. So ebay seller are outright thief.
