#1 dishwasher problem

Nope, it's not a clogged drain or leak. It's a malfunctioning electronic keypad. This happens when you only use one setting for months on end. As a result. the fluid in the membrane that connects the electronics to the button dries up from dis-use and when you finally use a different setting, it won't work and thew keypad has to be replaced. Rry using all the buttons at least once a month.
I found this little article very interesting....and I will use a different setting once in a while.

This does make sense as the more we utilize something the more it will cause it to wear out. Thanks for the advice, one I will remember each time.

I am thinking the same thing. I will mix up the wash cycles from now on. I thought it was advice worth thinking about, at least. Glad you liked it too.
