Looking for support group for family with child with RTS in metro Detroit Area

I am a social worker who is currently supporting a family who has a son with Rubenstein-Taybi syndrome. I would like to know if there are any support groups in the metro Detroit area which my family could join. Their son is 21 years of age and he lives with them in their home. They are currently looking for a pediatric specialist at Children's Hospital in Detroit who accepts Medicaid. Any assistance would be welcome as they travel to Cincinnati often for support from Dr. Rubenstein.
