Is paypal really to blame on Cashium's demise?

Just yesterday when when I click on Cashium site it asks members to be patient because they are moving to a new server, now when i opened the site, Admin blames paypal for limiting their account , and this looks like the end.
Is this really the case, and if so does this mean that paypal should not be the processor of choice when setting up a bux site as we experienced clickers have seen time and again or could this just be an excuse for a failed business model such as a bux site that just pays too high per click? Could the scenario also be used as scape goat for sites that want to scam?
Cashium had such fun fare when it was launched, perhaps one of the serious pretenders to the throne of Neobux, I believe admin is honest since he is a trusted member of one of the best ptc forums. So what really happened to cashium?

I would rather eat beef jerky rather than complain about PayPal. A small part of my income relies on this payment system, and I'm not going against it because Cashiums finding faults for it. These may be scam companies, which report distrustful disclosures. In effect bloggers only write from what they have read and heard, but who knows whats been going around for Cashium's businesses. PayPal's payment processor is trusted, guaranteed and not a pretender. Companies may hold bigger companies responsible in order to divert blame from the President, CEO or chairman. Its not a simple demise, theres more to it!

I can't really say what the problem is, but blaming paypal really sounds fishy to me. There have been other sites that had problems and pau[a; always got blamed. It doesn't make sense to me, unless it is like the one user said, that they had problems of their own, or they did something to warrant their account being frozen. I doubt if we will ever know what the reason is, but all we can hope for is that they don't go scam, and and they will be back up and running again. I really trust paypal, and I know they aren't as bad as they are being made out to be. I just take a lot of things I hear with a grain of salt, as they are just putting the blame on someone else when it could very well be their problem in the first place. I am glad that I didn't invest there, but those that did, I do feel for, as they might possibly be out of their money. I hope for them that that isn't the case, but the way things are looking now, it could very well be that way. Good luck to you though, and happy mylotting.
