How to complete tasks on Microworkers?

Hey I have registered myself on Microworkers.com, but all of high paying jobs use terminology which I do not even understand, they talk about PR 1/2/3/4 kind of blogs, I have done a google search on that, it says these are the rankings of the blogs based on the hits they receive, If I have understood it correctly, then these tasks require a non free blog, What is a non free blog, I know of blogs as free one's , I am confused about that as well. So for now I am doing the sign up jobs etc, but as you know they pay very less.are there any other sites offering microworks?
