can anyone tell me why does india or for that matter indians have this special empathy for iran?basically i think that it has to do with the aryan migration to india, that is,today most of the brahmins-hindus are descended from the aryans.and whats more this branch of aryans who brought hinduism to india are from iran.this has been proven by historians.so i believe that the knowledge of this migration from iran has been imbued into the sub concious of the indian hindus that they have this empathy for iran today which they really cannot explain off.whats more even after the migration we have had very strong cultural links with iran.actually the links between iran and india goes back to 4000-3000 b.c.it is that old.so thats why i think that india and indians esp the hindus have this special empathy for iran which i think that subconsciously see as a home away from home.of course the iran today is not the iran that the migration came from.but this empathy still lingers!
any thoughts on this?
