Is shbux a scam

Hi, I am a member of this ptc site shbux.com. I came to know yesterday that it might be a scam site. The owner ran a scam site before it seems. It is currently paying in euros. I have referrals who have joined so just want to be sure if its a scam. I personally feel i can wait and see is i am paid. Have any of you been paid by this site?
