hair polish?

I use hair polish and i should say i use it everyday! I only apply a small amount just mostly in the tips of my hair because it really looks dry on the tips. I have been using it for 4years or even longer now, nothing happens to my hair. So maybe if you put hair polish, make sure you put just a small amount so it won't cause really big damage to your hair.

I do and daily as it keeps my very long hair smooth and shiny. I do also wash it daily with good shampoo and conditioner so I do not over weigh my hair with it.

Hello friend, i don't use anything on my hair only shampoo. Before i used polish only after washing my hair, so i could fix it better. Of course if you use polish every day, you will have to wash your hair every day, because the hairstyle will be really messy after sleeping. For me its not good to always apply hair polish on hair. Its simply because too much chemicals can really damage the hair. There are many negative effects when she always apply hair polish on her hair. But if she always wash it after use and taking care of it properly.
