I think many people want to know the best posture to sleep.
I have searched some articles and then found that the best posture to sleep is to sleep on your right side. If you sleep on the left side it will create the pressure for the delicate organs of your body.
So sleeping in the right side is the best way to sleep. What do you think about it? What is your best posture and why?

Flat on your back is the best because you really are not putting your vital organs that much pressure in regard to your justification. I think any position is okay.
I think when you are old and weak and have heart problems and then this sleep posture thing will bother you but when you are young why should you worry about this. They do recommend that people with chronic heart disease to sleep on their right side because of the affects of sleeping in the left side on the sympathetic Nervous system which controls the heart rate and blood pressure.

Hi,
I use to sleep on the left and then I have realized that I don't have a good health but now I am trying to sleep on the right side because many people recommend it. I think the delicate organs gets affected if you sleep on the left and it doesn't have relation with the age.

Like your Lungs and heart. Your heart pumps blood so a little pressure can affect your system. Lungs keeps the CO2 away and is a entry for the O2 so it is again a very important and delicate organ. Delicate in the sense that there is no factory for Lungs in this world and once it is damaged you have to replace it with the other one.

I switch sides a lot and sometimes I sleep on my back, but not often. I have to move around a lot or else my back, neck, and knees hurt. For the most part though, I do like to sleep on my right side.

I use to sleep on the left side earlier but now I have changed my habit and now I also sleep on the right side. It is more comfortable now. I think it is the good posture because I am able to sleep good and I also wake up early in the morning.
I hope you still are here after the one year. Happy new year.

I've read some on this sort of stuff. I hadn't heard that one side was better than another, but I don't doubt it. I sleep on both sides. (but not at the same time lol!
) I really do alternate sides throughout the night. But I don't really get to sleep too much anyway!

Okay, I think that people don't take it serious to choose the sides, so I conclude here that maybe it doesn't really matter on which side you sleep.

The best sleeping position is the one that's most comfortable for you. There's no scientific proof that any posture is better or worse as far as your health is concerned. Our organs aren't that delicate, and our bodies are constructed so that the organs can shift and adapt as needed. Some people can't sleep on the right side, some can't sleep on their back. And most people change position all night long.

I think there are scientific reasons there which can tell you that what position is good for you. you can consult a doctor and when you find that there is this kind of problem then you have to adapt a specific kind of posture. I agree with you that most people change positions all night but still there is a specific position in which people are more comfortable. If we include the spirituality in it then you will find that sleeping on the right side is best or you can also take the left but the problem is the organs which can get the pressure.

Hmmn, I don't really care, I sleep either way or flat on my back...
I think it depends upon how comfortable you are in your sleeping position...

Hi,
Okay I think it is a matter of comfort so everybody sleep in a position which they are comfortable with. I was searching to find the answer because I was little worried about the health and I wonder if there is a best position to sleep to have a good health.
