Good Day!
Are you like this? Physically present but mentally absent? I sometimes do especially when I lack sleep. I can't concentrate and think very well. I usually stare at a corner. How about you? :)

hi,
Physically present but mentally absent because of many things thinking by a person,
some problematic persons always experienced this,
also those people who sleeps for a short time,
even me when i was in college, sometimes i act like that,
because im sleepy,,,LOL.

I remember when I was still in college and when I have to finish something and need to do it whole night in the next morning all the classes I attended was a disaster. I don't know how to answer some pop-up quiz or what professors are talking about. I don't stare at the corner but staring in one thing that took me so long.hahahah..

I often experience something like that, lol, especially in the office, I do not know this all happened without me knowing until all become commonplace and I felt nothing unusual, even my coworkers are familiar with my situation is like this. Strange, strange indeed yea. I myself feel this is strange. lol.

iT's but natural that when you so much lack the needed hours of sleep, you would be like a zombie, just walking without thinking. LOL
i myself have experienced that once. I simply cannot concentrate in doing the memoranda my boss is asking me to make. Good thing, they were not needed right away.
I drank a strong coffee and ate a bar of chocolate and it did took away my sleepiness and it perked me up.
From there, i was able to do the things my boss wants me done and from then on, i see to it that i sleep early to make up my 7 hours of sleep everyday.

That is human nature I think. I also experience the same drama when I have a lot of things to think of. Also, when lacking of sleep. And honestly speaking, usually, when I'm on church my mind is really out of focus. I can't hardy absorb what are the things I must listen to.
I'm experiencing that when I'm so tired and my mind wants to go home and sleep. Though a part of my mind wants to listen and be attentive. That's because our impulses are also experiencing the same thing.

I know this is bad since I might not learn the lesson discussed but I can't help myself sometimes.
Everyone needs a break.
