It is possible to make good chest within one months...?

Hey friend might be in 4th week of the next month there is PHYSICAL TEST of mine and problem my physique is not good and my chest too. They want minimum of 80 cm chest and with expanded to 5 cm. Today I measured i found my chest is 76 cm without expanded so friend can you tell the possible way to make my chest according there requirement within in one month...

hi, i think the answer is in you, you are the who can only answer that,because if you are really want to pursue that, it is possible to make your desired chest.
