I was in China in Shenzhen,where house prices were rising,many people buy a house as an investment.But some people think that reating is more cost-effective.If this is you,you are willing to buy a house,or are willing to rent an apartment?

Hi there! I believe if I have enough money,I will definitely buy my own new house not just for investment but to provide my family what I call "home". I'm renting an apartment now 'cause I don't have enough money to buy a new house in cold cash but we already bought a lot for us to build our new home. Buying new house is a forever investment of money,the value of the lot of your house will surely increase as time goes by so there's no regrets for money cash out. As for renting only,you will just forever spend your money without money back in the future.

Hello! It seems people want to buy a house in the majority.As long as there is enough money to buy a house,people are willing to choose to buy their own house.Bless you,hope you will soon buy their own house!

i think i would buy a house rather than rent a house. so you can have your own house unless its rent to own you can also have this after paying.

Ah.Yes.I think so too.I still feel good to buy a house.Last year,I bought a house.Is now being rented to someone else.Oh,in the big cities, have their own house,it feels quite good.Bless you!

If you can afford to buy a house, then by all means buy it. Just like you said the price of the house is forever rising and it's hard to catch up. Renting an apartment is also costly, so if I were in that situation, I will try to save money for down payment to buy my own house. I'm grateful that we bought our first house last month and it's a big relieve.

Hello!Yes ah,almost the same everywhere.House prices,buying a house is becoming increasingly difficult.The same rent,the rent prices are, renting has become not easy.I was in China in Shenzhen,now the country has introduced a new policy to curb housing prices rose too fast.Hope that prices will come down.

Of course i would like to buy a house. This is the best idea. If you rent house then house don't become your and every months you need pay the rent. So batter buy house. By the way shenzhen is very beautiful place.

hi there. probably we all like buying our own home. but first you'd try to save money for it until the time comes when you can finally buy a new house. for the time being while busy paying for bills and some other more important stuff, you can temporarily stay and rent an apartment for yourself. that's the most practical thing to do nowadays. see you around!
