Whats new in austria?

I would suggest you visit Salzburg. I was there in 2001, whew! almost 10 years back....it is the birthplace of the famous musician Mozart and home for the movie Sound of Music. I wasn't able to explore the city much as it was just a day tour. My home base that time was in Bavaria, Germany and since Salzburg just lies along the border, we made it only for a day. The city was nice and I loved it though it was just for a few hours. I heard Wien (Vienna) is also a nice and romantic city, would be better if you will be traveling with someone special :) Make sure that you have a few German words with you, as part of your survival kit.
