Were the jury members blind or it is just boxoffice numbers?

Hi Friends, Another awards' list is out and Dabangg is again the 'Best movie of 2010'. From Filmfare, Zee Cine, Idea or Apsara awards, it seems to be a monopoly of the same movie. Wonder what happened to 'My Name Is Khan' or for that matter 'Udaan' & 'Ishqiya'? Making it to boxoffice is different, but being called the best movie of the year is another thing. Are we only considering boxoffice collection and quality does not matter at all? Dabangg is a good time pass movie and I think there are other better films which could have been claimed as the best film of the last year. I think Udaan deserve to be called as the best film of the year 2010. Weren't there enough movies that could be given the best film award or were the jury members blind?

I also though the same thing Ajay. I never though that Debangg will be voted as the best film in the Filmfare awards. Usually film fare takes money from the actors and gives the awards to the actors who pay them a big amount.Shah Rukh, has a big movie coming, and to add masala to it, he had been given the best actor award.

Earlier I used to think what you said that Filmfare ask for money and than give away the awards but now it's confirmed. There are other better movies from Dabangg but did not get recognization. Thank you for sharing.
