What do you think of the parents that are try to sue Star Bucks

What do you think she order hot choc. for her child she take off and it spills all over the child and now they are sueing. I think I need to sue campbell soup because they told me to heat it for 2 mins and I just spilled it on myself. Hello woman you order HOT CHOC!!!

Ok, I hadn't heard about this one but it doesn't surprise me. After the McDonald's one people were bound to do similar. Personally I think it's a waste of time for the courts. They should start throwing those out and not bother with them. I agree with you about comparing it to the soup. That would be like suing a diaper company because my baby got diaper rash.
