I rub my freckles with lemon in the morning & at night, after I have washed my face. Then after 5 minutes i would wash it again. I was hoping that thru this, my freckles will lighten. I have been doing this for a month now, so far it haven’t lightened the few freckles on my face yet. Do you think, the lemon could really lighten freckles? Do you know of other home remedy for it?

really? Have somebody proven it on themselves? Well, just recently i bought a facial set, that my sister was using. Her age spots lightened as well as her freckles. I have yet to prove it on myself. I'll wait for the result in two weeks time. I hope this will really be a good one.

So far as of now, my freckles has lightened already, but not eliminated. The agent said it may took me one more set of the facial creams. Let's see. I will do as she says and if not true, then i will just give up. But you know, my facial skin has really tightened and smoothened. At least it has its worth in some way.

Don't worry yourself too much about freckles, freckles i think come with fair skin. To have fair skin is something a lot of women wants to have. It reminds me of a commercial where the model had freckles before she used that skin care product but i really find her as beautiful with or without the freckles.

yeah, i have fair skin. But i don't worry much about my freckles because they are just a number. What's important is i don't have pimples! My husband said they could hardly be noticed, but i do notice them whenever i don't wear foundation. Thanks for sharing.

I heard about the lemon treatment too. I also have freckles and even though sometimes I like it and some people say it's flattering/nice, there are just days when I find it kind of annoying. Like you, I envy those other women who have flawless face! I have tried using lemon too (mixed with green tea and rice vinegar) but so far it hasn't removed my freckles yet. I just did it one time though for one month. I also use some whitening cream but to no effect. *Sigh* I guess I would just have to accept my freckles and view it as a thing of beauty for me.

In other countries, having freckles is beautiful. My cousin who is married to a British man, wants to have her freckles removed. Her husband said she doesn't have too. Her freckles are beautiful. And they are. I find it actually cute on her. Too much exposure to the son causes freckles, so it is a must that you wear sunscreen. Maybe you can find this site useful. There are home remedies you can find to lighten your freckles. http://www.home-remedies-for-you.com/remedy/Freckles.html

I think you have to consult more to the dermatologist about your problem. They can help you more.

No need to. That's another unnecessary expense. I just have to cover it with foundation so it won't show. I have lived having it all my life and i can still live with it .

your the second discussion today that was talking about disliking your freckles. As far as i know there are no remedies for lighning freckles and I have one or two myself so just wear them loud and proud :P if you are taking a pic you can hide them with makeup but i dont think its good for u.

I guess, i am too conscious of my freckles because i always have to hide them behind my foundation. When i don't have foundation, they are visible and it seems they are specks of dirt on my cheeks.

Why do you want to get rid of freckles, they increase the beauty of women, many men fall for women who have freckles, I too like them on white skin.

Well im not sure this works, after a while mine just disappered and i dont have as many anymore. I would suggest using any makeup you are using on the face and cheeks to use only foundation with SPF in it because then you can go outside and dont have to worry about having to put on sunscreen on your face and worry about your freckles showing and coming out. I havent ever heard of nay home remedies to get rid of freckles because if so i would be doing it on my back that is full of freckles on the top.

Yes, i use a sunblock underneath my foundation that has an SPF. My freckles are only a few on my face though. Like you, a friend had freckles at her back and body. I guess when you are fair skinned, freckles comes out.
