Yes,this is a great movie. I thoroughly enjoyed it. Hats off to Tim Burton as usual for this wonderful remake of the evergreen 'Alice in Wonderland'. It takes him, Johnny Depp and Helena Bonham Carter to make a gem out of this fairy tale by Lewis Carrol.
The sets are just magical and the pacing is so wonderfully apt that there is nary a dull moment.
Contrary to adverse criticism, I think Tim's Burton's genius is still with us and he will be giving us more of that brilliant streak of superb directing!
Superb movie-making. Smile all around just like the Chesire cat!

I've recently watched that on cable TV and I too enjoyed it a lot. Burton really put an interesting twist. I'm not much of a fairy tale person so I rarely watch them if and when there's a movie adaptation of it. But tweak it like how Burton did, and I'd be a fan of fairy tales forever :)

Yes, I like them ind of Burton. Did he tweak this fairy tale until it become fun once more? Yes,yes.yes. He is one maverick. So I will continue watching Tim Burton's movie. They can be dark, they can be funny but they all have class!
