Due to excessive work pressure we are loosing the natural sleep. For this reason we have to take sleeping pills. Some people take it regularly and some people take it occasionally. I had to take sleeping pill during my every examination time. I can not get sleep during my examination time and my family doctor advised me to take sleeping pills at the time of examination time. Sleeping pills works very well in case of nerve failure or nerve problem. I heard that sleeping pills are very bad for our health. Hi my fried do you know what kind of side effect could be seen for taking sleeping pills?.

Can't believe your family doctor suggested you to take sleeping pills I never took any sleeping pills even I had very hard time to fall asleep. I think once you take it, you will rely on it everytime when you can't sleep. I know it is stressful when it comes to examinations but I hope you can relax afterwards instead of taking pills to go to sleep... it's not good for you

One times I tooks me arouns 10 of dem at one tim and it maded me feel awesomes... Just kidding. You know, there are natural alternatives to taking sleeping pills. Plenty of herbal teas have relaxing affects on your body, without all of those nasty side affects the pills give you. Chamomile tea for instance, is one of th best you can possibly use. Catnip tea is also a good alternative. Try them both, as well as some other kinds, and see which one works best for you. Chamomile tea makes my sleep awesome; I get to sleep easier, and I wake up feeling more refreshed. Weird, I literally just published an article about chamomile taste half an hour ago, and here I find this post :D
