to buy or not to buy

I would buy a crib soon and get it set up. Although if you are not going to be placing your child in the crib for the first few weeks home then you may not need it as quickly. But if your wife is due within the next month then in theory she could go into labor any day. So having the crib purchased and set up now when things aren't chaotic could be helpful as it may not be something you want to deal with once the baby arrives. Is this your first baby?

There's no harm in that. Besides, it's better to make preparations before the baby comes. And if you have the means to buy, then go do it. If your wife has undergone ultrasound to determine the gender of the baby, then the type of crib you're gonna buy wouldn't be a problem anymore. Congratulations! :)

Yes, of course why not!? Better to buy now than to wait for your girl to give birth then by the crib. The would be a lot of hustle and you would be in a lot of time pressure so sure buy it now. I'm pretty sure you already know the gender of your child by now. Hey by the way congratulations, be a good father ayt!? lol =)
