Would this new immigration law in Georgia cause crimes rate rising?

The new immigration law on Georgia is one step closer to be enacted. The only one factor I am concerning about is crime rate. There were so many illegal immigrants residing in Georgia, majority of them are Hispanics. What if they won't get any employment from anywhere, even day laboring work, when they get desperate, would they commit crimes, such as stealing, robbing, and cause the local crime rates rising?

Send them back and they won't do anything here.

I guess it depends on Georgia's law enforcements. If they did their job with more effort they wouldn't have problems regarding immigrations.
