Hello friends , my fellow mylotters , hope you had a great time, i have a habit of wishing of my friends, parents on their birthday at 12AM , to do that either i keep alarm or i'll keep myself busy with some work so that i'll not sleep, sometimes my wishes will be first , or sometimes i hear the engage sound so then i'll wait for few minutes and later my friends will answer my call, but last night i waited to wish my friend till 12 and then tried calling, the phone is continuously in engage, i waited till 1A.M. , till 2A.M. and later on i slept , have you ever experienced such a situation? If so what were your feelings then?

I think it is sweet that you want to remember your friends and family on their birthday to the point that you set your alarms to do so. I actually don't do that unless I know they are awake up and about, but if I know they are out having a good time I might send a text message sometimes.

Hi hard working gurl: I usually don't send a text message to someone because for me it's too unpersonal in my opinion and in my case I just read my txt messages on my cellphone at the end of the day. I prefer to directly talk to the person and wish him/her a happy birthday and if it's possible I'd invite him/her to have lunch together. ALVARO

Hi sajeev, i agree with you that we no need to wish at night , but wishing at night gives a sweet memory to the one we wished and thank you for the response.

you are right i would definitely make them feel special and happy but i tend to disturb then early in morning when they are sleeping and not excepting calls as they might be busy all night on phone

I do not feel like disturbing someone at odd hours, when the might be sleeping. I rather extend my wises to my near and dear ones early in the morning, when the day starts.
