I have runny nose again, it really distracts me

I hate this weather, and I get easily sick by it. The day before yesterday was warm, and a bit humid hot. This morning, all of sudden, it is raining all day, and the temperature suddenly dropped. Now my body got react to it, due to the cold weather this morning. After a nap this afternoon, I got runny nose again, and I just can't concentrate on doing my work online, either here on mylot or other website. I hate it, and I just hate it.
