Hi everyone. At first thanks to all for supporting me in continuing this series based on real.
She is an educated girl from a poor family. Her father was a carpenter and he tried to make his all three kids educated. She is the older sibling having two brothers. So, you can imagine how much efforts he invested to make them educated. Unfortunately, almost 10 years ago he became paralysis and had to stay on the bed. His physical and mental status became down and life was full of agonies. His wife scolded him even tortured him for his illness as his earning root was blocked and they had to manage all household items. The two brothers went to a separate city to earn money. At that time there were only three members in that home including parents and that girl. They insured his life years after his disability and as they felt that he became an encumbrance The torture had increased as time passed by. It turned to beating, no food for days and so on... The girl took the main role here and her mom supported her and as usually he died. There were no proof of killing him but surely he is killed by them as they treated him. They got the money for insurance company after death. A murder for money!
have you ever heard this type of incident? What do you want to say here? Please share your views.

Hi mamu
Well, this is quite possible and I think it on the better side from the mans view. He was unable to work and support family as normally males are expected. Even if they plotted and murdered him, I would stand by their side as I too wanted someone to kill me or even me killing myself once. I know how painful it would have been for that man.
The money thing can be a point but as you mention their economic status doesnt seem so good that they would have loads of money with them. You mention the insurance amount no doubt but I wonder how much would that be because in India and especially with such poor people, the Insurance agencies play a lot of tricks so the actual amount they would have received would be quite less. So I dont think it is about the savings of money. I think it is poverty that lead them to do this.

You sounded like my friend Sids who happens to be jobless and frutrated about their living and gotten to a decision to just kill himself so his family will get the insurance they have, good thing he didn't!
My dear friend,I know your point but as what I know from your wife, she loves you so much and you being just around her is a already a big help.

hi shibham!
i just saw this kind of scenarios on movies. i haven't heard such in real except for those who have been hurting their parents just because they become a burden to them but no insurance involved.
i am really sad reading this story coz i can't imagine how the father suffers in the hands of his wife and his daughter and to think how much he work for them when he's still strong just to give them a good education and hopefully a better life. how ungrateful this daughter to his father being capable of torturing him and to the point of killing him.
i know how difficult it can be to take care of a sick parents, especially if they are already paralyzed and life is also tough but i think torturing them should never be an option, i think that is the time when they will need us more, we should took care of them up to the last and let them feel our love and care for them up to their last breath. if not for our parents we would not be here,
it really makes me feel bad hearing stories like this...i can't understand how some children are able to do such horrible things to their parents...really sad.

yeah yeah and the creative minds of writers and directors makes movies and novels more appealing.
that's true, whatever her reason in doing such it's still unforgivable.
yes my friend, same here. it will be my pleasure taking care of my parents in time that they will need me. nothing i can do to pay them back with all the things that they have done for me and my brother and of course for bringing us up in this world.

Hi ckyera..
I have said it to guanlao that movies are based on real events. The story of a novel is not so differ from reality... its just polished.
Her merciless activity and ungrateful attitude forced me to make the title of this discussion as " the mask of a daughter"... here the daughter is wearing a mask and behind that mask, surely an evil is there.... a daughter cant commit this type of action without being a devil or something like this.
When our parents become helpless and they need our support, it means that we should be involved there as much time as we can. In our childhood they did their best for us and now we need to serve them. I feel myself lucky, when i have the chances to serve them
have a nice day.

Hi shibham
Quite sad whichever way you look at it. See if there was intentional killing or not the fact remains that the man was slowing dying. Dying because he could no longer live and provide as he was accustom. The one thing for sure is that the man perhaps is very happy not to be living in this form of misery.
I have heard of such in my life and although I would not have been cruel to the man, I would have helped him in his final days.
