Irresponsible Motorocycle drivers and Pedestrians..

Yesterday, While I was driving to Megamall, I nearly got into an accident when a stupid motorcycle driver suddenly tried to cross the street, but was looking at the other lane and not to the incoming cars from where he is! The girl or the wife, even said "SH*T!" while she was looking at me. I rolled my window down and told them " yeah! that's what you two are!" Its their fault for not looking where they are supposed to. Why on earth look at the other lane and not look at the incoming cars anyway? Now a while ago, a girl was crossing the street but the green light was on. I bumped her slightly. What's with people nowadays? People crossing, when they arent supposed to, and drivers of motorcycles not looking where they are supposed to. Sometimes, I seem not to pity anymore people who die because of accidents. Had they became more carefull, they will not cause and will not be into one.

yeah, you're right, i thought motorcycle drivers only are irresponsible but even the pedestrians are irresponsible too,even the signal light is green or go pedestrians still go to pass by.

I do hope that we will have a law in the Phil where the motorist wont be at fault and wont pay up should a pedestrian gets into accident if they cross the street where they shouldnt be! Its going to be harsh, yes. But if that is the ONLY thing that can discipline the people.. I do not see why we should do that. TOUGH LOVE! I believe its not th motorist's fault already if Pedestrians risk their lives by crossing where they shouldnt be. Motorist should not be held responsible for something stupid done by those Pedestrians.
Also, other car drivers should not be blamed for the stupidity of motorcycle drivers who does not drive responsibly. Between a car and a motorcycle, the driver of the car has the bigger chances of living than those who drives a motorcycle.

Some people just recklessly crossing the street without looking. They thought that those incoming cars will stop for the sake of their crossing. They should be ticketed, and they should taught a lesson look left and right on both sides before crossing the street. I agree with you, shouldn't pity on those irresponsible people.

It seems most times motorcycle drivers feel that because their bike is way smaller than a car that they can jump in front and or sides without any careful thinking. It can be very scary sometimes because they do not think about road rage and a automobile driver can and has tried to out beat them and that is where it gets messy.
