Hi All, I usually have a sleep well. But I wake up many times in night in this month. I begin to feel tired every morning I got up. Whether this issue is dangerous for me? What should I do in order that the sleep well will come back to me?

Perhaps you are in great stress that your body tends to be active from time to time especially at night. I believe the common knowledge of drinking milk and avoiding coffee at night would help you sleep straight. Also, when you are in your bed already, avoid thinking of problems and other distractions.

It can be dangerous because there is only so much that the body can take and one day completely out of your control your body will shut down and fall asleep. Hopefully you will not be driving at the moment. I am not medical doctor but I suppose best advise would be to try a patter of going to bed late one night and waking an hour earlier then usual. The next day going to bed again late and waking up again an hour earlier. The third night I would suggest getting to bed at a reasonable hour and waking up at your normal hour and do so each night until your body develops a routine. If you have a few issues you are constantly thinking about that for sure will keep you up so try and work towards resolving those as well, if that is the case.

Thank you. I'll try with a cup of warm milk. I also drink tea on morning. Do you think that this is one of the reasons?

maybe not.. but if you would like to also consider changing the position of your bed? i'm chinese, my mom believes in things like this... position of bed for good sleep.. etc. You ought to know why you are getting up during night times.. maybe your bed is not comfortable, are there any noises... do you wake up to urinate, and from there you can pinpoint the cause and know hot to prevent it from happening.

Your body repairs it's self during sleep. I am not a doctor, but it seems to me it could be damaging your health. You are probably worried about something. Try and relax before bed, and shut your mind down if possible. Try relaxing your body starting with the feet and working up. If that doesn't help, if you get up for awhile and read or something, maybe you will be able to fall asleep.

I think you must be thinking of something, maybe a problem you can't resolve, work etc... Sometimes, we must let our mind relax, put aside your problems, go for holiday/a walk in the garden, feel the fresh air.... release yourself from any pressure and you'll have your good night sleep back at no time :D Remember that some problems cannot be solved no matter how hard we try, time heals.... Have a nice day!

Maybe you're right. I usually get many pressures in working and money. I must worry very much for my life and my siblings. But I have never had this problem before. I have got it in for month.

sleep deprivation is always dangerous. what is making you wake up? pain? you should go to your doctors and talk about it and see what they suggest.

I used to wake up in th middle of the night, a lot, like threee times a night or so. I used to get so scared that I couldn't sleep again. But then if i did, I woke u gain and this repeated like again and again. Anyway later I just learned that the moment you wake up, don't open your eyes and look around. Just close your eyes and pretend like nothing happened, you'll just fall asleep before you know it. Or atleast that is what happened to me. These days I'm too tired so I don't wake up at night.
