... some time in the near future anyway! I've become quite the fan of Neil Gaiman. I've enjoyed listening to a number of his books and really liked the Coraline movie. I have tried to watch Stardust and some how it didn't translate as well for me. So, I can but hope that American Gods, with all its fun imagery and fun locations, will do better. Maybe having a few more years between the reading and the movie will be better for me. Having fewer images that I remember from the book to the screen. I honestly don't know who else today could do it as well, well, unless we are talking Tim Burton, and somehow I don't see him doing it without some major reinterpretation that he seems to bring to things. Tho I could see Johnny Depp playing Loki, maybe... sortta... But, if it is Peter Jackson, it'll have to be after The Hobbit finishes, tho, honestly, that might be about the right time frame.
