When I am preparing this question I am already home sick to my province of Cebu, where there are a lot of white sand beach resorts that caters to all types of people. When you say people in the upper strata of life, they like five star resorts in Cebu, others may prepare even farther to Moalboal, then the reknown Badian resort,so are the resorts in Mactan Island. To all the other types of people,we can have many resorts sprouting in Talisay City,so are in the Mactan Island which are really very affordable
to the common man. Here in Manila, there are many beach resorts, but it is very far off destination to Cavite. That is why the authorities made it possible to have some swimming pools in the city just to cater the common man its need to cooler and safer place to swim.Do you have any recommendations aside from Boracay?

El Nido would be great, it's a bit pricey though but you can get great summer deals nowadays. I think I just saw some of them weeks ago at deal grocer. They offered great deals for resorts in Boracay and El nido. Their Bellaroca deal was sold like hotcake. I just don't know now if there are still slots left.
If you are looking for fine and white sand apart from Boracay, you might want to consider experiencing Palawan.

I have known El Nido yet I have not set my foot in Palawan.I know that it is very expensive yet it is very beautiful like Boracay and the Plantation Bay or the Cebu Waterfront both from Cebu.I love swimming and have lot of experiences from different resorts here in Luzon. We are planning to go to the Pagsanjan Waterfalls and the Hundred Islands. I like to experience the island hooping for a try.
