Crazy for Caramel!

Have you experienced an on-going madness in you, that if you are not going to give-in in it you think that you are going to suffer a PTSD? I do, it is an on-going madness that if I did not indulge myselfin I could not sleep just thinking about it. And what am I talking about it is my utterly insane madness for caramel: Caramel candies, cakes, pastries as long as there is caramel in it - I'll definitely have it. You think I'm crazy do you? Perhaps you are right I am indeed crazy, but how about you? Have a madness for something?
