i am using amazon site for tasks,i want to change my home address ,how do i do it?

I also need help I tried more and more time but they are not taking my new address and not accepting PAN card also telling not govt. recognized. Because stamps is not there.

are you working on that site even now,since it has become more like fake and its not worth it to work now and they are not paying
