(it's a title of the song by MIKA) A happy tune with a sad story about a toy that was once loved by a boy, and his tragic fate that made him ugly and distorted.. It really touched me since I also had toys that I loved before then I grew older and had to give them up. Can you share any sad songs that touch you? I’m a wind-up toy in an up down world If you leave me all alone, I’ll make a mess for sure I’ve a heart of gold in the smallest size Leave me in the dark, you’ll never hear me cry She’s the meanest hag that has ever been Pulled out my insides with an old safety pin I’m the sorest sight, now I feel like trash Clothes are made of rags and they don’t even match On a long lost day when you're gray and dull You'll be there remembering your old toy boy When your oldest son wonderin' what to be Tell him the story of a boy like me

Indeed that song you shared is touching and could not fail to move anyone who hears! There are indeed some songs that could move sensible people to tears. One old song originally sung by my favorite Connie Francis never fails to touch my heart. This is a song for a Mother who has passed away: "When the evening shadows fall and the lovely day is through Then with longing I recall the years I spent with you Mama, I miss the days when you were near to guide me Mama, those happy days when you were here beside me Safe in the glow of your love Sent from the heavens above Nothing can ever replace The warmth of your tender embrace Oh, Mama, until the day that we're together once more I'll live in these memories Until the day that we're together once more"

The title is simply "Mama". So touching indeed especially to those whose mothers have already passed away. This song will certainly move them to tears especially if they really love their mother.

Thank you for sharing this wonderful song..what is the title anyway? It is really touching and the one who made this must have really loved his mother.. i'm sure the mother is happy wherever she may be..

Links for everyone to listen to: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=x9Ars4sQ7AU Mikla is so underrated, Just because he is not American Singer his mainstream career is struggling. My action figures are currently happy living a glass display and I still play them when no one looks around.

I don't really have any of my toys now, my mom gave them all to the little kids.. Thenk you for sharing the link. Yeah I agree, Mika is a great singer, but not many knows about him since most people are busy listening to Katy Perry, Ke$ha, and the like..

My first Mika song is Grace kelly and after that i was hooked. I love his over the top theatrical and epic style.

Love Today is my first Mika song, but I didn't even know he sang it-- then I heard Grace Kelly. I have lots of his songs in my mp4 now- I really love listening to his songs since they make my mood light up.

that is a really good song.. It reminds us f childhood days and our toys that we used to play with. I remember the Toy Story with this song, especially Toy Story 3, when the boy is all grown up and the toys become sad when he can't play with them anymore..

YEs, that is my interpretation of the song too- since everyone needs to grow up and leave their toys, this would be the song that toys would sing when that time comes. Fortunately toys aren't alive and won't feel sad..

When I go through my crate of old childhood toys, it makes me so sad to see how I've grown up and left all my carefree childhood fun behind. All the adventures I used to go on with my Legos and dinosaurs and cars, now all I do is work, work, work. I never heard the song but the topic got me quite interested. I really miss the old days, my favorite quote is "youth is wasted on the young" meaning young people are too inexperienced/immature to appreciate and enjoy everything that makes youth, and once you're old you really appreciate it, sort of like a variation of "you don't know what you have until it's gone".
