has anyone found out what happens to our money after 8 days for indians

there was a rule for indians that they should not keep money after 7 days,i never know what is happening to that money if we keep assume 11$ after 7 days,what is going on now for indians?

Loads of laughter,are such discussions started just for the sake of it? How can paypal dare touch our hard earned money guys ? Please be assured that your is safe with paypal, dont be so cynical all the time

i kept less than 10$,nothing happend. my money is still there. I dont know about more than 10$
