So many people suffer from different disability with varying degrees with each problem. What do you do to cope with your disability. I fortunately at this time don't suffer from any disability. My brother however suffers from many different ailments. I really feel so bad for him, to see him in pain at times. He deals with it so well because it's what he's been use to all of his life. I really look to him as a wonderful example about not complaining.

I have bad hearing with tinititus (ringing in the ears) which hearing aids do not help. I am retired from a city job because of hurting my shoulder but I still try to live as normal a life as I can. I try to not let a little pain stop me from living my life, if I did let it stop me then I would wind up in a nursing home and I do not wish to do that. Everyone has some disability of one kind or another. Even those in charge (thinking that they are better than everyone else) have a disability in the mind. Many people that have disabilities (that are easily seen) find a way to compensate with other abilities which will help them to adjust to living their lives in a more normal way. And there are those that could (if they wanted to) focus on improving their way of life but feeling sorry for themselves and do nothing to improve their way of life. This is not to be confused with those that are really disabled and cannot improve their way of life.
