Should Bhuj Khalifa or the Dubai tower be included in the 7 Wonders of the World

Sometimes a new attraction can make it to the list of the 7 wonders of the world. Every so often these get re-considered. I hope that in the future the Dubai Tower will get on the list. I love the Great Barrier Reef and Petra in Jordan. I saw the Pyramids when I flew over them on my way back home from Kenya. For example my list of favorite cities have changed. I found my 1st favorite was Sydney when I was 20 years old and it still is. Then I found my second favorite when I was 29 years old and that was San Francisco. Though now it is in 5th place. My 2nd favorite place is now Cape Town which I visited the year before last. My 3rd favorite is Vancouver which I found last year. My 4th favorite city I found this year and it is Cartagena De Indias.
