There was a time when Michael Schumacher seemed to be invinceble. His aura was such that the best of drivers use to panic seeing his Red Ferrari in the rearview mirror. NowSebastian Vettel seems to be heading for those dizzy heights. He is no doubt immensely talented. Once, even Schumacher had said that Vettel is the next big thing. Will he achieve that status? He is anyways nicknamed Baby Schumi.

I believe so. Though he is still young and have so much more to learn, but he is very skilled and talented. It would be great if someday he will become as great as Michael Schumacher.

Very true. Everything depends on his motivation and determination. He has entered at a very young age and should be able to achieve a lot. But I feel that he lacks the killer instinct of Michael Schumacher.

I am wathcing formula one since Senna, Prost time. I like Senna, I don`t like Prost. Than was Schumacher, I don`t like him. Better was Hill, Hakkinen. And now is coming Vettel and I dont like him :) I like Alonso. So I could say, Vettel is not next Schumi, he will never achive what he did.

That's interesting. But you are entitled to your own opinion, though I beg to differ. The achievements of Schumacher are too difficult to surpass. And what I wondered was whether Vettel could surpass those. As regards to attitude and arrogance, probably Schumacher was the most ill behaved driver of all time. But honestly, most legends of any sport have a little bit of attitude. There are some exceptions though.
