Genie Francis on Y & R...this is going to be really stupid....

Terrible mistake. I think with all the ABC cancellations of their soaps... Y&R is trying to "umph" up their storylines and bring attention to them...they figure what better way than to bring a much loved character to Genoa City! Plus...Tristan Rogers who plays Colin...he was on General Hospital with Genie during the 80's...he played Robert Scorpio and he started as a nemises to Luke, but they ended up joining forces and became good friends. So they probably think that will be a audience drawer. I love Tristan...but this role is not at good as his Robert role. I am glad Lily came to her sense and went for help, but I wish she'd gone to Sohpia or Devon or someone and let them know what she was doing....no one knows where she is now! Funny...anyone catch it....Cane and Calab are twin brothers and Cane had twins....

Taylor MIller - was Nina.. I remember her. ANYONE would have been better than Genie Francis. At least for this part. She is just to young looking to be those grown men's mother. and sorry, but she is stereotyped...Genie Francis is not playing the mother...Laura is! And that dont work! I didn't like L and L either. what a couple of loosers! They never worked or did anything intelligent or useful or responsible or anything other than just be on the run for silliness and come and go on the show every couple years! I think you are talking about Spenilli on GH. I love that character cause he is so fresh, different, new, intriguing and a bit of silly intelligence. I dont' like shakepear..however, him saying it was really fun. As usual tho, they trash the good ones and have made him come down to earth a bit more and altho still talks in the jargon way...not as committed as he used to speak it! As usual they trashed him and Maxie's relationship which was so great and refreshing and just a blast to watch those two! They were great! But of course, they seperated them.

Cane and Calab are twin brothers. colin is their father and apparently now...Genie Francis is their mother..most likely estranged from Colin/father. But no one knows Colin is Cane's father, no one knows Cane had a twin brother(twin is always the evil one!) and no one knows that Caleb is pretending to be Cane to Lilly to make her go crazy so that Colin can get the twins...see...Cane, a twin, is the father of twins...runs in the family! One of the better storylines recently. I am so tired of everything always being about =Victor and Sharon and Adam!!!!

Thanks, Coffee. That clears is up. Although I'd lay off the C names. All I needed was for Genie's character's name to be Cleo and I'd go to crazy. Cane/Caleb/Colin...

She only spoke a few lines on Friday, and at first there was no accent, but then the last sentence she said had a made-up accent...and it wasnt' very good! I think thgey probably chose her cause of her audence from GH...hopefully bring them over to Y&R...but...where they are missing is that her followers like LAURA...not Genie as anyone. Laura followers aren't going to like this very much!
