I am not looking for any referral links as I know some sites are referral based...I have looked in google & have only found a couple of good freebie sites for Australians...on the front page of my google search, I still found sites listed there that haven't been updated in a couple of years
I am aware of shopfree & a couple of other sites that I can't recall the names of right now...I have forgotten about requesting freebies over the past couple of years like I used to do all the time & this is why I am asking if you know about any good ones.

Times must be tough up there right now. Still recovering from all that eventful weather up there? Like Hiccup, the things I get through the internet are from doing surveys, mystery shopping, attending focus groups, forums, etc. I'll just run through my email now & list off some of the freebie websites that come up & you can check them out when you have time. They don't really offer me anything I can use, but it might be useful to you. If you're a member of the RACQ you can get some good things for free. Some of the shop-a-docket websites give things out for free. From time to time, regular businesses give stuff out for free. I just received a six piece spade bit set the other day as part of a promotion that I just had to turn up & collect!

There are also some yahoo groups you can sign up to for free that hunt for freebies. Hope this helps!

Times are getting better up here but still a little tough but only because I had to recently give up my part time job but that's a discussion I have already started here...Thanks for the names of freebie sites...I am a member of freecycle already & love it...I will check out the others - especially the one giving away free fishing line
