Help if possible tooth problem

I had to have one of my front teeth pulled today but he wants it to heal for week and a half then fit me for a flipper. Then another 2 weeks waiting for lab. The question I have is will my gums shift that quick and now that it's gone will I age much faster? Any help would be appreciated

To be honest that is a question you should of asked your dentist before you left the office. Sorry you are having tooth problems, but you should call the dentis now and ask them that to get a educated responce rather than some one guess from theinternet..
