Disgrace on those big giant banks

Our tax money to bail out those big giant banks simply won't worth the effort after all. They turn around and treat us, as customers like dirt. Shame on them. Especially Chase and bank of America.
As I had mentioned before, both Chase and Bank of America already charged customers with monthly service fee on their checking account. That is a clear signal that they don't want your business if you can't give them profit.
On their new policy on CD account, a new ploy is going on. On Chase and Bank of America, if you withdraw your CD before the maturity day, there is no more 90 - days interest forfeit. They will in addition to charge you $25 up front penalty fee. And in addition to $25 charge, they will charge you 1% to 2% of your CD amount for 1 - year CD. For over 1 - year CD, for example, 2 - 5 year maturity, the percentage charge will be greater, like 3%. So, would you shame on those banks?
